Biography

Madelyn Loehr is a member of the Otterbein University BFA Acting class of 2017.

A mountain girl at heart, she sprouted from the earth in Aurora, Colorado and then traveled to Westerville, Ohio for school. In addition to acting, she loves writing, practicing yoga, playing her ukulele, hiking and camping with her family, and cooking (usually) delicious vegan food. Madelyn will be receiving her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification with CorePower Yoga in the spring.

She recently moved to Chicago, where she is interning with Akvavit Theatre as a casting and literary assistant. She was recently seen as Elizabeth Proctor in Otterbein's production of The Crucible, and Perdita in Actor's Theatre of Columbus' production of The Winter's Tale. Recent film credits include Erin, a lead in The Making Company's short film, Lexicography.
